Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ Jesus, God commands us “Honor thy father and thy mother, and while we ought to do that every day, we have set aside this day as a special opportunity to honor our mothers or those women who became as mother’s to us, whether grandmothers, older sisters, teachers or someone else. Today, let us remember to pray for our mothers and thank God for their generosity and role in giving us life! If possible, take some time to thank your mother for all the blessings brought in your life through her! We all know that we have a mother on earth.
