FASTING AND ABSTINENCE All persons who have completed their fourteenth year are to abstain from meat on Ash Wednesday and all Fridays of Lent including Good Friday. All persons who have completed their eighteenth year to the beginning of the Sixtieth are to Fast on Ash Wednesday and Good Friday.
