- Coordinator of Religious Education
My husband Rod and I have been members of Sts. Joseph and Paul since 2011. Prior to moving to Owensboro, we lived in Henderson with our two sons Joshua and Isaac and were members of Holy Name of Jesus for 22 years.
My favorite prayer is the prayer that never fails… “Thy will be done.” It is very simple and it is always answered! My favorite food is actually a beverage… sweet tea, “the house wine of the South”!
I began working for Sts. Joseph and Paul in July 2015 as Coordinator of Faith Formation. In January of 2016 I took over the Stewardship Minister’s position when Alan Sims retired. I see the Stewardship Minister’s main role and focus is to develop and cultivate a community of thankful believers, givers AND doers. It is important for us to be thankful for the gifts we have been given and even more important to share them. I am so impressed with the level of involvement of parishioners at Sts. Joseph and Paul but there is always room to grown. We truly do “give our hearts to God and our talents to His people”.
